More than 60 influential scientists, including over 40 Nobel
laureates, are mobilizing scientists and citizens alike to push for

The Scientific Integrity Program from the Union of Concerned Scientists

The scientists mobilizing to fight FDA & EPA corruption.
This was worth repeating, for many reasons.

This posted string of e-mails ends with the above
link to the Union Of Concerned Scientists and their
Nobel laureates that have been exposing the corruption
in the EPA, FDa & USDA. In between you will find
verifiable information about the corruption of
even "organic food". And a link to a free grocery
shopping guide from the Environmental Working Group
and another about growing food indoors and out in an
Urban environment.

RE: Truth About Organic Food - A Shopping Guide & What U Can Do

Thank you Tom sorry i took so long to repost this, of course i always
recommend growing your own too but unless a person has the time to
set up a permaculture garden that can be too time consuming, i have
a blog that shows the Integral Urban House in Berkeley where it took
less than 4 hours a week to grow all the food for a family of four. Of
course they raised in cages and slaughered rabbits too which i am
against, but that was in the 70's and people were not so aware in
some ways back then

They do not address the " Organic Scam" or the disposal
of toxic chemicals in fertilizers .... including
fertilizers used with some "organic" food that is grown.
Many of the toxic chemicals are not tested for, because
they should not be there .....

One example of a Google search result on "Fateful Harvest"

Book review article:

Fateful Harvest, by Duff Wilson -
HarperAcademic Fateful Harvest -
I see soil in a new light, and I wonder about my own lawn
and garden. What have I sprinkled on my backyard? Is
somebody using my home, my....

Of course, if this is true, there would be instances to
show when and where such toxic chems have been detected
in organic food.

The CDC found toxic chemicals at "levels of concern"in many healthy"
Americans. The CD researcher stated in a news article that the main
source of exposure is food. The article is titled
" Troubling chemicals detected in people" (August 26, 2000),
The Internet Archives Wayback Machine has an archived copy of the article
The article has been censored from the Internet at least three times.
Verifiable at a public library, too:

Title of article:
Troubling chemicals detected in people,
by Daniel P. Jones ,
The Hartford Courant , also published by The Seattle Times
Company Posted at 12:00 a.m. Pacific;

It is worth noting:

When they detected perchlorate in the food, baby green
organic lettuce had the highest levels. If the chemical had
come from the river (as EPA researchers had said) there
would not have been such a variance in levels of tre
chemical is the foods tested. It would have been far
more uniform. Of which tipped me off and so I looked
deeper into it. I had sent information to Senator Boxer's
office, but never heard back.

Google searches:

"perchlorate in fertilizer"

Google search terms, "fateful harvest toxic organic food".

When the rocket fuel additive was detected in fresh food,
"baby Green ORGANIC lettuce had the highest levels of all
the foods tested. Google search term :>
"perchlorate organic baby green lettuce"
will reveal the news stories.

Now just what do you think might be wrong with our
health care system ?

U.S. Lags in Toxicity Testing,
Wednesday, May 3, 2000, Los Angeles Times
Congressional study reviewed more than 1,400 chemicals that pose
potential threats to human health and found that only 6% are
being tracked by HHS and the EPA.

What you can do about this is to join and support
the Union Of Concerned Scientists.
