Documentation of how the present outsourced strategies

Reality Reset:
Regardless of law enforcement and or city officials probably being misled with propaganda
from the federal intel agencies and their outsourced COINTELPRO "Agent Provocateurs",
there is nor excuse for censoring free speech. Especially when they deploy their meanest
and nastiest law enforcement "goon squads" that give all of law enforcement a "bad rap".
Just as it is only a small percent of the homeless, mentally ill and many other stigmatised
groups, it only takes a few to give them all a bad perception. I'll get back to that point,
later in this blog.
The fact is that Law Enforcement is actually a part of the 99%, regardless of their being
aware of it or not. I think one of the things 2 do is to educate them about that (Proverbs 23:23)
and the official but censored "Declaration of Demands" that have been voted on at
Occupy General Assemblies.

The police have backed off. *And over at the Occupy San Francisco Protest FIVE of the eleven members of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors came down and joined the camp. There are PDF reports that show less than 5% of the police
were responsible for over 50% of the cases of reported police abuse.
I translate this as meaning that the majority of law enforcement are
excellent people with the minority of them giving the majority a
"stigmatized reputation". This is the same with other reports that
show the minority of the "hard core homeless" that I call the
"Deviant Homeless" and or "The Drainbows",stigmatizing the
majority. The same can be said about the mentally ill.
Watching this CBS news video that I call
"Roid a Cops" only shows one basic influence
on the mentality of police brutality at Occupy Protests.
There are "other factors" involved besides the steroids

The police brutality at Occupy Protests is about more than
just the steroids and I will get right back to that.
A couple of things need to be stressed before I get into that.
Free, "Open Watch" software link now posted at bottom
of this blog Automatically uploads your cell phone video
up to the Internet so that if it is "confiscated" you still
have a copy.
First, there are PDF reports that show less than 5% of the police
were responsible for over 50% of the cases of reported police abuse.
I translate this as meaning that the majority of law enforcement are

The vast majority of policeman are heroes that risk their
lives to serve and protect. And besides the steroid abuse
by an estimated 20% to 25% of policeman, there are "other factors",

manipulated with"Intel Briefings" that amount to "Propaganda"
from outsourced & COINTELPRO and their "Agent Provocateurs",
of which is highly censored in the main stream news media.

policeman over ten years ago.
"The Anonymous Op BART" was called after the BART transportation
system in SF shut down cell phones use when La Mesha and friends
were protesting the recent shooting of an unarmed homeless man.
La Mesha had started a police accountability foundation with the money
from the wrongful death (execution) law suit. And La Mesha has
